VINIFICATION
- Vinification and aging: in barrels for 8 months on the lees
- 30% barrels less than 4 years old
- 70% barrels 5 years and older
- Partial malolactic fermentation
- Cellar aging: 30 months
- Bottled in “special” bottle in June 2022
- Disgorged: more than 6 months before release
- Dosage: 3 g/L
- Traditional cork, “fleur” quality

Always guided by the influences that shape our wines, this cuvée once again illustrates the balance between tradition and precision. The addition of 6% red vinified Pinot Noir brings depth and character.
